Our Policies

 

MISSED CLASSES

There are NO banking of classes. Our programs are progressive and no two classes are the same.  If you miss a class in your program you may attend the same class at another time slot on that same day as a makeup class (if space is available). Please send us a private message on our Facebook page or email us to let us know if you will be missing a class and need to make it up at another time (Please do not message in the private Facebook members group). You may not attend a different class or program as a makeup class. Classes cannot be carried forward from one session to the next.

 

REFUND POLICY

There are NO refunds. This includes holding paid classes over to the next session. In case of a medical emergency classes may be held for one month with a doctors note. 

 

CLASS CANCELLATIONS & UPDATES

All class changes and updates will be made via our private Facebook members group "A Fitness Private Members". Please check this group one hour before the start of your class each day for any changes and updates. Please DO NOT message in private members group to inquire about the status of classes.
