Pop Pilates Intervals is a fun and effective workout that combines classic pilates moves with high intensity interval training for an intense total body workout!

This class will help you sculpt a strong core, gain strength, increase flexibility, and can be easily modified – making it the perfect workout for all fitness levels!

We cannot wait to see you in the studio — be ready to get sweaty, feel strong, and have fun!

Classes take place at our beautiful studio located on 207 Lemarchant Road. Shower facility onsite. Classes are 45 minutes.
