Mama, it’s time to grab your babe and get dancing! We are now offering Mama and Baby dance classes, with the fabulous Heidi Dowden! Join us for a four week session that includes beginner friendly choreography, stretching and strengthening. It’s sure to be a special hour of moving and grooving with your baby. You are welcome and encouraged to baby wear.
